introduction

The Canadian Dragon Boat Rankings (CDBR) team performs quantitative analysis on regattas throughout Canada to provide insight into the relative competitiveness of each race and an integrated ranking system for teams in Canada.

The CDBR team is commited to delivering up-to-date and relevant information about race results in Canada. Although the system currently only encompasses regattas in Eastern Canada, as we continue to grow the rankings, our goal is to eventually provide coast-to-coast rankings coverage.

The analysis methods, rules, and postulates employed in the CDBR system are included on this site to provide optimum transparency into the system. For further information on how the rankings are derived, please visit our 'Methodology' section.

The CDBR team aims to analyze regatta results and provide updated rankings within 2 weeks (14 days) of the regatta.
